In this role, you'll play a vital part in evaluating, developing, and enhancing our insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and prioritizing product change requests to ensure consistency in underwriting, product effectiveness, and compliance.

• Analyzing requested product changes, identifying potential issues, and considering their context and impact on other products.

• Collaborating with colleagues to seek clarification when needed and providing feedback and recommendations on product change implementation.

• Developing clear and accurate requirements for product change system implementation with guidance and supervision.

• Conducting testing to verify that product change requirements align with business expectations and compliance standards.

• Working closely with our technology team to address reported defects and ensure seamless integration of product changes into our systems.

• Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure accurate representation of products in our systems.

About You:

Your journey through college has equipped you with foundational knowledge and a hunger to kickstart your career in the insurance sector. What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• A solid foundation in analytical thinking, even if it's from academic projects or coursework, with familiarity in data analysis tools such as Excel.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, even if it's from presentations or group projects during your college years.

• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, perhaps demonstrated through academic projects or extracurricular activities.

• A track record of taking initiative and achieving results, whether it's through internships, volunteer work, or academic accomplishments.

What we prefer you to have:

• Demonstrated research skills, even if it's from coursework or independent projects.

• Familiarity with basic insurance principles, even if it's from introductory courses.

• While experience with specific tools like Product Studio is preferred, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valuable.

• An understanding of insurance regulation or product development functions, even if it's from coursework or self-study.

For this position, we expect to offer a base salary in the range of USD $61,000 - $75,000. The specific salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors, including the experience of the successful candidate and their work location. In addition, all employees are eligible for competitive incentive targets, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
