This role is a hybrid position based onsite in our offices in Tribeca 2-3 days per week.

Job Description

You are someone with a background in product strategy, product marketing, and customer marketing, primarily within a B2B SaaS environment. Ideal candidates will thrive in working through the opportunities to elevate the Creative process of global teams and individual creators. You will forge strong partnerships with account management, customer success, and sales teams while working closely with product managers to define and drive all aspects of product go-to-market, customer engagement programs, and team training & enablement across our platform verticals. Ability to work cross-functionally, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer marketing is critical for success.

The Product Marketing Manager will also work closely with the VP of Product and Marketing to lead strategic projects that drive impact across the growing business segments. Globaledit is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a small-high performing team. Adaptability, humility, and a strong bias for action are key attributes for this role.

We are currently operating in a hybrid work model with 2-3 days onsite and the balance of time working remote.


  • Partner with Product Managers to lead go-to-market for new value streams, including strategy, training, product adoption, and advocacy

  • Manage feature rollouts developing segment/persona-based messaging, assets, and training materials

  • Develop and execute customer engagement and cross-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle

  • Own campaigns from end-to-end, including creative, targeting, segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.

  • Collect and codify customer needs and insights, perform market and competitor research, and analytics deep dives to influence product strategy and measurement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer stories, thought leadership, product videos, webinars, and assets

  • Partner with cross-functional teams; sales, account management, and CSX with customer communication and messaging

  • Communication including, but not limited to, within globaledit and CoCreativ brands, as well as cross-functionally

  • Minimum 3 years of PMM experience

  • 5+ years professional experience working across Strategy, Product Marketing, or Customer Marketing

  • B2B SaaS experience preferred

  • A/B testing experience

  • Ability to execute marketing campaigns across lifecycle, from strategy, activation to measurement

  • Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative go-to-market campaigns that drive long-term results

  • Experience creating and leading product training and enablement programs

  • Experience developing and conducting customer research and interviews

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Self-starter, innovator, consistently raises the bar, while executing deliverables on time

  • Project/ change management and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Team player - willing to pull their sleeves up, no job too big or too small


  • Agency or creative production experience

  • Product Management experience

  • Good familiarity and understanding of various software SaaS platforms in Sales, Marketing, and digital asset management such as PPM, CMS, PIM, DAM, DRM.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, SQL, Python

  • SEO, SEM, Programmatic experience


The salary for this position is $135,000-$155,000. These numbers represent the low and high end of our salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
