Job summary
Amazon is seeking a customer obsessed marketer with a passion for the innovative world of social media. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ownership of and building marketing strategies for our GenZ customers with the right products at the right time and creating visual stories that are compelling to our customers' lifestyles. They will also have a passion for testing to invent and scale a successful program and accretive roadmap that benefits NAC-wide - from working with external agencies, designers, content creators as well as our internal marketing and social advertising teams to delivering content strategies and utilizing campaign data to inform future business decisions. The candidate will be highly organized, demonstrate strong ownership and critical thinking, enjoy diving deep into customer behaviors, and have the creativity to challenge our status quo.

Key Responsibilities:
\* Plan, manage and execute a social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and team partnerships (i.e. influencers, cross-site events) for our GenZ customers.
\* Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
\* Manage external agencies and oversee campaign strategy, leading creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers while meeting channel growth goals.
\* Contribute and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
\* Utilize team KPIs to develop social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadership.
\* Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies

Business Skills Needed:
\* Proven experience and demonstrated innovation in social media campaign strategy development within a e-commerce retail environment.
\* Proven experience in developing innovative, engaging content across social platforms, specifically on TikTok, SnapChat and Instagram.
\* A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customer and our business.
\* Possess exceptional social media marketing and project management skills.
\* Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
\* Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels.
\* Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Basic Qualifications
\* 6+ years of experience in apparel-based online marketing and program management
\* Proven experience in social media campaign strategy development and demonstrated innovation in campaign marketing, evolving from season to season
\* Proven experience in setting marketing strategy and content direction
\* Proven experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager
\* Track, measure and analyze performance across all campaigns and make strategic optimizations to achieve and exceed brand and growth KPIs
\* Uplevel learnings to adapt and build improved strategies over time
\* Excel in fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of online advertising including creative, content, attribution, execution, and analysis.
\* Proven track record of successful online marketing experiments.
\* MBA or equivalent master's degree is a plus.
