For more information, go to, and interact with us on,,,Facebook,TwitterandInstagram.Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Associate.The role of the Program Associate in the Office of Registration and Student Records is multi-faceted and requires excellent communication skills, positive attitude, a strong work ethic, insight, maturity, patience, and the ability to deal with stress demands from variety of sources, from students to medical school administration. The Program Associates primary responsibility will be to provide support for all aspects of records and enrollment for Pre-Clinical curriculum of the medical school. The Program Associate will report directly to the Director of the Office of Registration/Student Records but most also work with the Project Coordinator as well as the Senior Associate Dean of Medical Education.Job Responsibilities:- Provides a full range of varied and multi-skilled clerical support to help smooth the operation of the Office of Registration/Student Records for all currently enrolled students.- Enters, maintains, and annually updates all demographic information.- Facilitates the preparation of Class Composites.- Provides support for enrollment status changes for all currently enrolled students and ensures that all appropriate administrative offices are informed.- Assists with student enrollment records for Pre-Clinical of the curriculum, creating and distributing of class lists, and tracking of grade reporting; monitors incomplete and missing grades and communicate with faculty responsible for ensuring grades are submitted on a timely basis.- Inputs and maintains student groups associated with tuition accounts.- Assist the Director to collate academic data for the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.- Assist in monitoring academic engagement.- Monitor Transition to Residency and Night-on-Call program.- Register students for the Summer Anatomy course and provides transcripts.- Runs reports and provide some statistical analyzes.Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have an Associates' Degree. Minimum of 1 Year of related experience in an office setting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective Oral, written communication and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills -Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point and Access. Ability to develop basic formulae for spreadsheets; set up routine computer procedures; Ability to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software. Ability to proofread documents and write clear, concise 1st draft. Ability to type at a speed of at least 45 net words per minutes. Knowledge of standard office practices. Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details. Ability to use standard office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line telephones, fax machines.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 to 3 years of related experience in an office setting is preferred.Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. The salary range for the role is $45,600.00 - $60,170.63 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
