Job Description

We're looking for proactive, curious, organized and excited minds to join our Performance Marketing team. We are seeking a Digital Strategist with at least 1 year of experience managing programmatic campaigns. This will be a hybrid role and we are looking for someone who is willing to learn Amazon PPC as well in order to create strategies across the advertising funnel.

You'll be joining one of the fastest growing Amazon agencies in the country as a strategic partner and Performance Marketing Digital Strategist. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Programmatic KPI’s and optimization techniques, a love for beauty, skincare and wellness industries, and be prepared to lead the growth marketing efforts behind 5-10 brands. You will be a thought leader in the Amazon DSP marketing space.

You will work out of our Soho location for initial training, and will be remote after training indefinitely. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns to meet goals provided by key stakeholders

  • Monitor and continuously update campaigns, layering in new strategy as needed.

  • Develop and execute Amazon DSP growth strategies

  • Build, Traffic, optimize and manage Amazon DSP and PPC campaigns. (PPC experience a plus)

  • Learn Amazon PPC advertising and eventually be able to strategize and execute campaigns across the suite of Amazon advertising products.

  • Analyze client needs to create detailed media plans. Comfortable working with senior leadership team

  • Clear understanding of Amazon’s DSP and the media buying process to be able to educate your clients on strategy and programmatic advertising both on and off of Amazon.

  • Conduct biweekly meetings with your clients to review performance metrics and best practices, including campaign reporting.

  • Knowledge sharing with the greater team to build more understanding about Amazon DSP.

  • Daily analysis and management of keyword, bid, and creative strategies for performance and efficiency within a given budget

  • Interact with account, analytic and creative teams to optimize brand performance

  • Remain at the forefront of trends in the beauty, skincare and wellness industries

  • Ability to make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends and client goals

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience delivering growth focused results for clients at a digital media or advertising technology company.

  • Experience trafficking and optimizing campaigns in any DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc) (Amazon Preferred)

  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with clients

  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and skills

  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides

  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience advertising on Amazon

  • Programmatic experience

  • 1 years of PPC experience

  • Familiarity with the skincare and wellness space, as an employee or as a consumer

Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000
