Position Summary

The PT Application Processor assists with data entry and the processing of applications for the spring and fall entry terms, using a paperless system.

Position Duties

-Efficiently and accurately processing, through our Banner or Slate student information system, all undergraduate student applications and documentation generated through online applications, The Common Application, and paper applications for the Westchester and NYC campuses.

-Scanning and indexing electronic documents using Banner Document Management Suite (Xtender) or Slate document management related to student applications

-Handling a wide variety of sensitive and confidential documents in a professional manner

-Performing other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications

-Experience with data entry essential; high school diploma or equivalent, previous office experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and with heavy volume.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

-Candidate must be responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team atmosphere.

Work Hours

Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; generally about 20-22 hours per week. Seasonal (October-March)

Salary Range $21/hr - $25/hr
