The representative will be required to assist students, parents, and staff with financial aid questions and concerns for all undergraduate and most graduate students on the New York and Pleasantville campuses. S/he must demonstrate excellent customer service skills while dealing with a high call volume. This is a permanent part-time position that requires candidates to work year-round with a focus on working additional hours during the peak season of June through September.
-Answers a high amount of phone calls for the Financial Aid office.
-Assist with large student mailings.
-Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
-High School graduate or equivalent.
-Requires the candidate to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-S/he must be organized and have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills while dealing with a high call volume.
-Financial Aid and Banner experience preferred.
Afternoon shift. Exact schedule to be determined; 20-25 per week
