Overview
Touro University invites applications for a Summer Faculty Research Fellow position for a 10-week research project focused on data collection, data analytics, and network analysis. The fellow will work on advancing AI-related research collaboration by analyzing faculty, research, and funding agency data. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in impactful research and contribute to the growth of AI research at Touro University.
Responsibilities
Gather and organize data from various sources related to faculty, research projects, and funding agencies.
Apply data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from the data.
Perform network analysis to map out collaborations and connections within the research community.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to present research findings.
Work closely with faculty members and researchers to support AI-related research efforts.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
Extensive experience in data collection, data analytics, and network analysis.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Strong technical skills in programming languages like Python or R.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maximum Salary
USD $15,000.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $12,000.00/Yr.
