Role and Responsibilities

This position is for SailPoint L2 SME with 2 - 4 years’ experience working with SailPoint, specifically setting up birthright roles, recertifications, certificates, project responsibilities as it relates to automation, BAU queue owner (resolving tickets, identifying trends, finding technical cause of problems). The candidate will work as part of the AXIS BTS team under the direction of the Senior Infrastructure Tower Lead - Messaging and AD. This position will work with AXIS internal and external business partners, IT organization, and multiple outsourcing providers to effectively deliver infrastructure services and operational assurances in this functional area through the planning and management of:

  • Build and maintain productive relationships within AXIS, the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) supplier, and other suppliers to enable the objectives of their towers to be fully realized.

  • Support the achievement of service levels and metrics-based performance in collaboration with the Outsourcing Suppliers

  • Tracking, and oversight of day-to-day operations

  • Promptly respond and resolve inquiries and escalations. Ensure systemic issues are identified and remedial actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.

  • Ensures adherence to enterprise IT policies and procedures

  • Escalations related to incident management and service requests

  • Adherence to AXIS policies, procedures, and technical standards

  • Provide support for IT and Business project activities

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Works under supervision with independent judgement including escalations when necessary.

Technology Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Works under supervision with independent judgement including escalations when necessary.

  • Work outside of regular hours may be required

  • Partner with the product owner and application development teams to provide SDLC support for integrations between SailPoint IdentityNow and the target applications / endpoints using out of the box and custom connectors

  • Develop IdentityNow custom workflows, rules, forms, and reporting

  • Partner with the IRM team to implement and support access certifications

  • Engineer solutions to ensure that IdentityNow performs according to defined business processes, meets defined requirements, and complies with security policies

  • Assist with developing and maintaining technical requirements and documentation

  • Serve as the IdentityNow SME to provide ongoing support of our production IdentityNow environment

  • Support IRM and Business teams by reviewing test plans and resolving defects

  • Perform additional IAM related software development work as needed

  • Generate and implement enhancement ideas aimed at improving processes and procedures related to IAM

  • Implement Service Account management in SP

  • Be able to create and manage roles with membership criteria with businesses

  • Implement and support any additional SailPoint modules that will be added in the future

  • Monitor connection between AD and SailPoint

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in SailPoint, IdentityNow, certificates

  • Ideally the candidate should possess formal training in SailPoint:

  • Intro to IdentityNow

  • Provisioning

  • Password Management

  • Single Sign On

  • Access Certification

  • At least 2 - 3 years or more experience working in an enterprise environment

Relevant technology experience includes:

  • SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure, M365, Certificates

  • Performance monitoring, tuning, reporting, and troubleshooting techniques

For this position, we expect to offer a base salary in the range of USD 106,000 to USD 139,000 (New York). Expected salary range information for other states and countries available on candidate request. The specific salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including the experience of the successful candidate and their work location.
