You’ll focus on aiding our active sales efforts, understanding our current business strategy, and we will provide you with all of the tools, knowledge and resources to become a great agent working on your own sales pipeline with unlimited potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and compile information on speakers in a consistent and accurate manner

  • Research events and potential buyers

  • Maintain our database of deals, speakers and buyers, with up to date and accurate information, constantly updating with new information over time

  • Protect proprietary information about each specific deal

  • Manage an active deal flow of contracts

  • Coordinate with our marketing team to create custom sales pitches

  • Perform ad hoc requests and projects as needed

  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to managing schedules, meetings and conference rooms

The ideal candidate has:

  • An interest in a long term career in sales

  • A willingness to learn and an outgoing personality

  • Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ethics and integrity

  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize

  • Familiarity with G Suite

  • Experience in the events, hospitality, or travel industry
