PVH Corp. Sales Assistant, Wholesale - Tommy Hilfiger in New York, New York
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting multiple categories of business, developing strong relationships between internal and external cross-functional teams, as well as be a key player in driving growth within the Wholesale channel for Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull, analyze weekly selling/reporting and partner with AE to gather insights and action plans
Prepare recaps with key takeaways and distribute
Responsible for distributing daily sales
Maintain and update style hierarchy to ensure accuracy in selling recaps
Assist in preparing for Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews – data gathering, working on decks (PowerPoint presentation), and pulling images from internal database
-Communicate weekly promos to the TH filed team and any other communications/business needs
Identify product opportunities
Order Management
Ensure accuracy in purchase orders – including updated delivery dates and correct style information; adjust as needed
Assist in managing order flow of seasonal purchase orders, especially for new product launches
Review order bulks in the system on a bi-weekly cadence and partner with AEs to make adjustments as needed
Enter orders into 7th Online and manage all updates post Cut & Sold
Collaborate with AEs and share insights to Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy
Market Support
Assist with sell in process
Send proper material to vendors for market
Nu Order system management for Macy’s (upload seasonal information and CADS)
Enter buys into the 7th online system
Cutting swatches for Costco and any OP requests
Sending out samples for Costco and any OP accounts
Assist in unpacking OP and FP samples and help with OP sample closet clean out
Printing out OP market decks for market appointments / and during appointments
Work closely with Merchandising teams to assist with vendor needs at market
Site / PDP Management
Manage PDP images and site maintenance for 3rd party wholesale vendors
Gather samples for shoots
Create shot lists for studio across all accounts
Gather images for vendors once complete
Manage the samples needed for Campaign, POS and PDP shoots (partner closely with the Marketing team)
Sample Management, internal and vendor facing
Seasonal check in / organization and management
Manage BV and Criteo campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working within the Ecommerce and/or Wholesale channel
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills:
Knowledge of Wholesale marketplace
Ability to work efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve and think creatively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong math and analytical skills
Solid working knowledge of Excel (VLOOK-UPS / PIVOT TABLES) and PowerPoint
Able to lead a presentation with confidence
Flexibility with schedule for market calendar and special projects
Excellent interpersonal skills
Travel as necessary
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: SVP of Wholesale, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Visual Merchandising
External: Macy’s, Kohl’s, other department and specialty store accounts
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Ability to think outside of the box and challenge norms of traditional retail.
ENVIRONMENT: Flexible working hours during market and busy periods

Pay Range: $44,500 - $60,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
