We're looking for a motivated business professionals:

Excellent communication, writing, and people skills
A goal-oriented work ethic, committed to achieving organization goals, performance objectives, individually and part of a team
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university with 1-2 years post graduate experience
Background and passion in business development, account management, or marketing
What you will do:
The Hunt: Researching companies for the key decision maker whose responsibilities are the perfect fit for our best-in-class Councils
The Message: Crafting insightful talking points, emails, and voicemails that will resonate with high-level executives
The Relationship: Establishing peer-to-peer conversations with C-suite and senior executives with the objective of setting up introductory membership meetings
The Team Player: Brainstorming with Program Directors, peers, and clients to improve tactics, process, and business acumen

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base compensation with spot bonuses paid out to those that exceed quota
2 years experience
Goal oriented work ethic
3 weeks of vacation in first year plus paid week off between Xmas and New Year's week.

4 floating holidays
The ability to work from home one-two days a week once established.
