The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Sales Associate/Lead Generation to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns for our clients' accounts. The ideal candidate would be proficient in customer service, sales, and marketing. This candidate should also have an interest in furthering their career and skills, personally and professionally.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Engaging new prospects and create new business and product awareness

  • Managing and collecting customer information for lead generation follow-up

  • Drive revenue growth through high volume internal and external qualified stakeholders, interaction both in person and remote

  • Bring, resolve and solutions to prospects, meetings, during live meetings and coordinate follow-ups

  • Managing promotional sales campaigns and executing field marketing initiatives directly to consumers efficiently

  • Developing a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceed quotas, and update prospects in your territory

  • Maintaining the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

  • Driving all aspects of the sales cycle including, proposals, presenting, pricing and contract negotiations, etc

  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets on an individual and team basis

Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Experience in fintech sales is a must

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent promotional skills and ability to bring a brand to life

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales field

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Preferably a degree in Business Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
