This internship provides an opportunity to work with the Sales Operations team supporting internal departments and clients. Primary responsibilities include projects related to the Learning and Development function in Sales Operations.
Project Management/Communication Support
Assists in the design and creation of project communications and presentations for department-lead initiatives.
Support leadership on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Analyze sales activity content to assess compliance and quality, then generate qualitative and quantitative summaries.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement with leadership.
Systems Administration Support
Support Salesforce maintenance and data clean-up.
Conduct in-system audit, data clean-up, and feature testing as needed.
Learning Development Support
Works with Learning and Development manager to create and distribute training tools as needed.
Collaborates with management to design landing pages for CCO divisions in the Cornerstone LMS Platform via the use of HTML and Cornerstone built-in tools.
Support LMS data maintenance and data clean-up.
Conduct in-system audit, data clean-up, and course/module testing as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
4-year college degree in progress. Open to students starting their senior year.
- Pursuing a marketing / communications / advertising / media or management degree
Strong organizational / time management skills; detailed oriented
Collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors
Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations
Able to complete required math calculations (e.g., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Page layout experience (e.g. – Microsoft Publisher)
Video editing/publishing tool experience (e.g. – Camtasia)
Proficient in using a PC with Windows operating system
Experience with HTML programming
