Sprinklr Salesforce Business Analyst in New York, New York

Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to lead and drive our ongoing Salesforce development and growth, while simultaneously supporting the business needs of associated business platforms. You will work with key users from different business groups to understand current business processes and business requirements, identifying areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and designing CRM solutions that meet the business need and are in line with industry best practices. No “brilliant jerks” allowed! We are a team who feed each other’s successes and take shared responsibility for failures.

This position is based in New York City.

About the Role

  • Translate detailed business requirements into implementable features for our development team.

  • Develop a solid understanding of department-specific business processes

  • Update and maintain system documentation and Salesforce best practices

  • Develop and document views, processes, fields, reports, custom objects, page layouts and workflows

  • Support the Salesforce release manager to coordinate proper scoping of requirements and ensure all appropriate tickets are open and required documentation approvals are complete for monthly deployments.

  • Assist with requirements gathering and testing and ensure user stories and test evidence are accurate and complete

  • Assist with Salesforce configuration changes and coordinate changes with development team to be included in Production releases

  • Manage technical debt and platform life cycles for Salesforce and related platforms.

  • Measure and improve the release cycle internally

  • Support and improve associated business systems (BI, services, finance)

About You

  • 5+ years designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated platforms in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment

  • Previous experience supporting Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)

  • Previous experience supporting BI platforms (Domo, Looker, Tableau, etc)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or commensurate, demonstrable experience

  • You know the limits of Salesforce, the difference between what CAN be done and what SHOULD be done, and can clearly articulate, with technical accuracy, the difference.

  • Salesforce certifications are a must.

  • Prior experience supporting a sales field of at least 100 sellers.

  • Hands-on experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria

  • Expert knowledge of Google and Atlassian software suites.
