We are looking for Customer Success Associates to accommodate the needs of our growing client base and bridge the gap between our Sales team and Fulfillment team. Customer Success proves to be a pivotal moment in our client life cycle as it is the first time experiencing the product and service for themselves. Success in this role builds the foundation for long-lasting and successful client relationships.
Core Duties & Responsibilities would include:
Provide expert-level support to customers about the 1-800Accountant product offering and advisory service.
Display a high level of professionalism and compassion with new clients and make them feel supported.
Explain complicated concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
Offer platform support and introduction to the client portal.
Work closely with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth and continuous service between phases of the customer life cycle.
Creatively solve problems, organize, and streamline complex issues to ensure the success of the client on the platform
As a part of our CSM team, you will maintain relationships with your client base throughout the life cycle of the subscription and renewal process
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of professional experience in customer or client service
Industry experience in accounting, finance and HR is a plus
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities and multitask
Ability to work as part of a team and be resourceful and adaptable
Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter, and helping others learn as well
