We are looking for a seasoned experiential marketer who can be ready on day one to lead activations (physical, virtual, and hybrid) for one our largest B2B clients in the financial services industry. They’ll have a proven track record of overseeing multidisciplinary teams to bring to life creative marketing solutions in the B2B space. This role will also work with client’s multicultural team on activations targeting diverse audiences, as part of client’s DEI initiatives. This person should have a passion for not only nurturing and managing client relationships, but also leading and developing junior members of the team. We are seeking our next agency team member who is passionate and hungry to make an impact for our clients and Momentum.


  • Integral member of select B2B brands/account teams within the agency for the assigned Fortune 500 clients with responsibility for developing and managing client business across various in-person, virtual and hybrid events

  • Provides thought leadership as well as experiential, conference, sponsorship and hospitality expertise, guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals so that brand strategy and objectives are met

  • Partners with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communications internally and externally.

  • Develops rapport with clients, seeing around corners to initiate action

  • Able to work across a diverse set of projects (and clients) simultaneously, planning and executing assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget

  • Ensures client esthetic and level of service is reflective of high-touch most senior B2B relationships

  • Delivers thoughtful, polished client presentations

  • Oversees and manages interagency planning process across other disciplines including creative, finance, strategy, analytics, etc.

  • Actively contributes to overall idea generation with agency team

  • Oversees the financial aspects of the programs/account(s)

  • Traveling to various locations to meet with clients, partners, and for event execution

  • Manages and mentors junior team members

  • Supports Momentum’s values

  • All other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in traditional and experiential marketing, preferably high-profile corporate events and tradeshows, but not limited to that space.

  • Agency experience is preferred. Ideally 3+ years agency experience (or at least strong understanding of how agencies work – from process to revenue.)

  • Dynamic, engaging and creative approach to brand strategy and event planning, with a passion for sweating ‘surprise and delight’ details

  • Personable individual who instills confidence in everyone they work with and will represent agency plus its corporate client’s personality, culture, and goal for delivering World Class experiences

  • Experience managing/mentoring more junior team members

  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives

  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters

  • Proven leadership of clients and ability to connect dots across teams, projects, partners, etc.

  • Judicious and diplomatic in managing course correction, unexpected request and situations

  • Proven success in cultivating remote relationships

  • Project management skills: builds detailed project plans and status documents, starting with end in mind

  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to succinctly and accurately provide updates to agency and client

  • Experience working on large clients/projects with many moving parts

  • Experience building and managing budgets

  • Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution

  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful

  • Polished, professional demeanor, team player – ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges that may arise prior to or onsite at events

  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
