What We Are Looking For:
Persado is looking for an Accountant to support the Accounting & Finance department in order to drive our global business. You will be responsible for assisting with the month end close, reconciling accounts, reporting and managing daily financial requests.
What We Want You To Do:
Assist with accounting transactions in Company’s US and UK corporate entities
Prepare journal entries to record transactions in Netsuite Accounting system
Assist with AP and T&E processes
Prepare account reconciliations (prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, revenue, expenses and inter-company transactions)
Assist with the month end close process
Manage payroll for the US and UK entities
Support annual global and local audits
Assist compliance reporting, including VAT and income tax
Organize and maintain financial records
Cash Projections and Budgets
Communicate with different internal departments for transaction detail
Address ad hoc financial requests across all departments
Assist with FP&A reporting requests
What We Want To See:
Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Accounting
2-5 years of related accounting experience (In the services Industry)
Big 4 Experience preferred
Strong MS Office experience (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to present complex information in understandable way
Accounting systems experience (Netsuite preferred)
