About the Role

The Omni Experience team supports executing high-priority projects through strategic collaboration to seamlessly implement omni-channel solutions for Old Navy. The team focuses on building the bridge between innovation and execution, ultimately elevating the customer experience and fostering a community of omni customers with lasting lifetime value.

As the Senior Analyst of Omni Experience, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance Old Navy’s profitability and establish a competitive edge. You will be responsible for evaluating analyses, creating presentations, and ensuring alignment of strategies and plans. You are passionate about the customer experience and are energized by solving problems and unleashing the potential of the future.

What You'll Do

  • Drive customer strategy ideation and storytelling (e.g. developing and leading PowerPoint presentations) in partnership with the Strategy and Consumer Insights teams to prioritize customer opportunities and create an omni-centered mindset

  • Create connections between teams to support an omni-centric culture, and establish feedback loops to enable teams​

  • Assist in creating a culture for the Commerce and Experience organization built on recognition and connection by supporting full org meetings and communication

  • Project manage initiatives and play an operational role to support the implementation of projects

  • Build critical relationships cross-functionally to continually build bridges and unlock solutions across teams​

  • Serve as a key communicator to internal project teams, managing timelines, deadlines and deliverables

  • Assist in gathering data, qualitative, and quantitative to support new and evolving omni concepts

  • Support KPI reporting for omni-initiatives

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Professional work experience, preferably within digital, retail, or consulting

  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management experience and skills

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of concept-testing tasks

  • Self-motivated: strong work ethic, follow-through and accountability for results

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, organize and analyze data efficiently and effectively

  • Able to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable recommendations through storytelling via PowerPoint presentations

  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can confidently articulate a point of view but also highlight the risks and opportunities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt work style/processes in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $79,800 - $105,800 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
