Progyny, Inc. Senior Associate, Sales Enablement in New York, New York

About the role:

Progyny is on a mission to give everyone the opportunity to start a family and feel supported in their health through transformative fertility, family building and women's health benefits. As a Sr. Associate of Sales Enablement, you'll join a high impact cross-functional marketing team to craft effective sales materials that communicate the value of our services in differentiated ways across enterprise buying verticals. This role requires a creative, organized and action-oriented individual that is adept at partnering with B2B sales teams to enhance sales toolkits and effectiveness of assets to smooth the path to purchase in the sales lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Create multi-modal assets to drive effective prospect education at each sales stage (slides, one pagers, video scripts, etc.)

  • Own and maintain the sales enablement library; support evolution in sales tools as needed

  • Foster strong relationships across the sales team to drive sales productivity and improve assets

  • Collaborate across marketing and cross-functional SMEs to effectively translate value propositions and support events, campaigns and other initiatives based on growth priorities

About you:

  • Familiarity and interest in continuously improving the B2B sales process; experience with marketing or directly selling health benefits solutions to employers and payers a plus.

  • Creative execution is your strength; you're a strong writer and visual storyteller that can translate sales and prospect audience needs into clear and engaging assets.

  • You're a go getter that enjoys creative problem solving while building relationships across stakeholders; asking effective questions to push the envelope on what's possible.

  • You're team-oriented and model a test and learn, no-ego way of operating; you enjoy being a utility player that lifts all, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • You're motivated by the mission to scale the adoption of innovative fertility, family building and women's health benefits.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Strong sales writing and executive communication skills for a variety of modalities (presentations, one pagers, video scripts, infographics, event assets, etc.); experience writing for an HR audience a plus

  • Design skills and solutioning a plus, in partnership with stakeholders and creative resources

  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills; accountable and motivated to create effective assets within deadlines

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $70,000 - $80,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
