S&P Global Market Intelligence – Senior Client Engagement Associate for Account Management
The Team:
The Account Management team is seeking a Senior Associate to assist Account Managers with ground support in driving revenue acquisition across S&P Market Intelligence’s largest global customers. This role requires working closely with our firms most seasoned sales and Account Management professionals and surrounding teams such as legal, marketing, product and client success. The day-to-day tasks may vary by team but broadly the role will be supporting a team of Account Managers in their marketing and management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Produce pipeline and activity reports to help enhance sales process
Create heat maps and P&L reports across client types with help of CRM system
Prepare customer relationship reviews and tear-sheets
Prepare presentations for internal and external customer meetings
Conduct relevant customer research through various online tools
Create and keep current org charts for each strategic account, including key stakeholders, sales specialists, and open opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Undergraduate degree
3-5 years’ work experience in financial markets
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Self-starter
Experience in using Salesforce will be beneficial
