What You Will Do :
Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables. As part of the US Market Access/Reimbursement team, you will work on creating and implementing US payer and access strategies for pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic technology clients.
What You Will Need :
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
Minimum Degree Status: Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program (MBA, PharmD, or PhD) in Fall of 2022 and graduate by Summer of 2023)
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Prior work experience in the healthcare and/or consulting industries (experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, and/or health economics is preferred)
Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences consulting
Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system.
Exhibit critical thinking, creativity, and strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach team members
Ability to embrace collaborative approaches whilst also working independently (with oversight from management) and take initiative in pursuing and understanding industry specific knowledge with a willingness to inquire about areas of uncertainty
Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical techniques and use data to guide strategic decision-making and complex problem solving (candidate must have data collection, research, and information-finding experience in a life sciences field).
Must exhibit ability to grasp clinical and business implications of technically complex products and services
Must exhibit project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams
Must demonstrate willingness to travel and work overtime when require
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
