Senior Event Producer, Brand Experience & Events Temp

POSITION SUMMARY:

The role will project lead full event life cycle (conceptualization, planning and production execution stages) of Global experiential marketing and communications initiatives, including brand events, consumer engagements and priority marketing extensions. In addition to Global event projects, this role will directly project lead and/or support Licensee events.

The Senior Producer will work closely with the Senior Director to ideate and develop strategic event concepts that elevate brand positioning and are aligned to Global marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify global culture impact moments, emerging trends, compelling brand opportunities, and creative ways of communicating brand messaging, while passing each through the lens of the brand to implement exciting programs that speak directly to influencers, press, and consumers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

GLOBAL BRAND EXPERIENCE + EVENTS

  • Lead producer and project owner for global brand experience and events projects, or portions of (as assigned), fully owning planning end to end, and closely communicating with the Senior Director along the way.

  • Lead event planning and execution (e.g., guest experience, event layout and design, venue scouting, agency management, vendor hire and management, entertainment bookings and talent hospitality, décor and scenic, asset creation, catering, permitting and logistics, contract negotiations); production schedules and timelines; budget ownership; and post event ROI reporting.

  • Function as a self-starter and thought leader that generates usable ideas across all experiential platforms. Actively contribute to creative brainstorms and concepts based on marketing strategy, brand experience strategy, and program objectives.

  • Lead teams (internal & external) in execution of events.

  • Create and refine internal concept decks and agency RPFs to support development for projects.

  • Spearhead cross-functional collaboration and alignment with both key internal and external partners to deliver the highest quality experiences.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with agency partners, vendors, venues, and industry creatives. Propose and vet new and exciting partners.

  • Continually keeps on the pulse of relevant global culture moments and happenings in New York and key global cities.

  • Evaluate experiential industry trends and competitive landscape to monitor opportunities.

LICENSEE BRAND EXPERIENCE

  • In partnership with Manager (Global, Licensee, Seeding) lead team in oversight of Licensee brand experience and events projects, while closely partnering with internal stakeholders and Licensee partners on execution and communicating with the Senior Director along the way.

  • Translate Global directives into scalable strategies. Partner with the Senior Director and Managers to develop innovative and scalable seasonal concepts for Regions & Licensee.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience :

  • Must have minimum 7-10+ years of brand event production experience, 5+ years project ownership

  • Strong preference for experience in lifestyle and/or luxury brand marketing with emphasis on brand experience and event production, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.

  • 3+ years managing direct reports, event teams and/or freelancers

  • Extensive experience owning full life cycle of events from strategy and concept phase to full execution.

  • Experience with and interest in event strategy and conceptualization.

  • Budget development & management

  • Agency / vendor briefing & management

  • Experience with high-profile talent and influencers

  • Experience with Regions and/or licensee partners strongly preferred

  • Experience with event collateral and packaging preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Skills:

  • Expert in project ownership and full life cycle of production of events & experiential projects.

  • Proactive and adaptable in approach while driving timelines to meet benchmarks.

  • Organized, detail and solution-oriented.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • On the pulse of the Global culture zeitgeist and industry trends, as well as an innovative and creative point of view.

  • Positive and focused professional team player. Able to adapt to the team culture and is passionate about becoming part of it.

  • Agile in maneuvering across a large organization with the entrepreneurial spirit and mindset to make things happen. Experience working in a cross-functional marketing environment preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint. Adobe Suite preferred.

Pay Range:$70.00 - $85.00

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
