We are looking for a Lead IT Technician that will take the lead on supporting our growing team in New York. This is a full time non-exempt hourly position which requires an early start time as well as occasional weekend/after-hour on-call support.
The Senior IT Support Technician is responsible for proactively and reactively handling the technology needs and requirements of Doctors, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Finance/Administrative departments. This position mandates a high level of interaction and engagement with senior executives, doctors, and a growing staff base, working in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. The role requires on call support coverage and is responsible for all technology support; including but not limited to, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide range of technologies including desktops, laptops, audio/video, mobile devices, Meraki networking, cloud technologies and specific medical-related devices and applications.
In accordance with state law, Spring Fertility requires all on-site (or remote employees who come on-site) to be vaccinated for COVID-19. To be considered for employment opportunities at Spring Fertility, candidates must be fully vaccinated (including a booster if eligible) by potential start date. If not eligible to be boosted at this present time, it will be required when you meet eligibility should you be offered a position at Spring. Strong service delivery focus and customer management skills
Experience of Windows 10, Windows networking fundamentals, Laptops/Tablets, Excel, Outlook, Office 365 environment (Exchange, OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams etc.)
Experience of Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Endpoint Manager, Security/Compliance/DLP/Information Protection Admin Centers.
Experience administering and configuring systems such as Meraki firewalls/switches/WAPS, Citrix, RingCentral.
Solid and broad ‘generalist’ technical background that includes desktop support, systems, infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience.
Action and closure oriented; results driven, ability to define and implement solutions.
Ability to work independently, to manage competing priorities and to actively participate as part of a team
Excellent skills/abilities in: organization, planning, multi-tasking, flexibility.
High level of professionalism and business acumen.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate conflict and situation management skills.
Desired But Not Required
PowerShell scripting experience
IT certifications such as Microsoft, Meraki etc.
Exposure to IT security related technologies and services.
Professional IT work experience in the medical industry
