The Senior Manager is responsible for partnering with the Executive Director of Marketing to serve as a brand steward driving short- and long-term growth in North America.

The Senior Manager will be responsible crafting Consumer Engagement strategy in partnership with Executive Director and Vice President of Marketing to align to overall brand strategy and draw from data and consumer insights.

They will own key external relationship with Media partners. And will develop and deliver programs that support brand goals of will building awareness, consumer acquisition/retation, sales and market share growth across all activities on the brand.

Consumer Engagement Strategy 45%

  • Lead development of National 360 Consumer Engagement strategy and recommendation specifically in paid media.

  • Provide recommendations to leadership for CE strategic priorities and tactics against each season

  • Build out strategic proposals for new tactics to engage our target audience fueled by data and insights. Partner with Online teams to continually grow .coms and drive traffic and conversion

  • Develop and lead brand partnership strategy and program with the objective of step-changing brand desirability and attracting a new customer to the brand.

  • Content strategy and development - Identify how/what content should be leveraged from influencers and artists throughout all consumer touchpoints (ie email, advertising, etc), in close partnership with PR team

  • Lead and develop brand philanthropy strategy to maintain authority, drive brand desirability and attract a new customer to the brand.

Consumer Engagement Execution 45%

  • Lead and manage agency partners and determine agency needs as primary point of contact across all programs and internal cross-functional team to execute brand strategies as part of Integrated Marketing Communication process and continually optimize budget spend and performance

  • Lead development of written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct agency work and creative development.

  • Drive the development of locally-relevant social content.

Creative & Budget Management 10%

  • Partner with Global Marketing on creative brief development, ensuring relevancy for the North America market.

  • Lead the development of locally relevant social content where necessary.

  • Work with ELC Agency resources to amplify PR, Influencer and Social content across paid social channels.

  • Budget - Plan annual advertising budget and update monthly. Recommend tactical plans to ensure the most efficient spend of marketing funds with maximum sales impact.


  • 7 years of relevant experience in addition to a college and/or graduate degree.

  • Experience and expertise of the national media landscape for brands, ready to bring ideas for media innovation.

  • Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury Skincare industry a plus.

  • Interest and passion for North America marketing including National Media, Influencer Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Competitive landscape.

  • Seasoned & agile marketing leader who demonstrates curiosity, makes bold decisions & recommendations, tracks external trends, and understands the upstream and downstream impact of their work.

  • Highly organized & pro-active self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.

  • Adept & detail-oriented project manager who ensures that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner; removes barriers to move faster.

  • Agile, resilient and adaptable to change; experiments and adapts to win; questions the status quo.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to lead cross-functionally and build relationships internally and externally.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of creativity and strategic vision.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to independently set priorities and motivate others.
