Sr. Manager - Global Creative - Ralph Lauren Fragrances DMI What You Will Do: Ralph Lauren Fragrances is searching for a Senior Manager, Global Creative to join the in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and the luxury beauty industry. In this role, you will design and concept for new and existing product launches and animations, create primary and secondary packaging designs, develop assets for digital, social, merchandising and events while ensuring all deliverables are harmonious with Ralph Lauren Fragrances DNA and positioning. This role reports to the AVP of Global Creative and will work very closely with the marketing team. Responsibilities: *Develop visual assets across launch campaigns for a variety of channels including traditional advertising, social media, digital, and merchandising. *These concepts are delivered in the form of charters, mechanicals and hi-res files and distributed to global teams to execute. *Design packaging for new and existing products, sets and promo items. *Skilled photography retouching for print and digital deliverables. *Support on all internal and external presentations for RLF Global. *Ability to art direct photographers, agencies and vendors. *Work with print and purchasing teams and attends photo shoots and press runs as needed. *Supervise and mentor junior designers as workload requires. *Maintains and manages server assets. Archives projects and mechanicals Job Requirements: *8+ years graphic design and production experience *BFA or BA in graphic design, advertising, fine arts or relevant field *Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite proficient. *Impeccable attention to detail *Strong retouching abilities *Outstanding organizational, problem solving and communication skills *Ability to participate in meetings and present to senior management. *Strong relationship building skills and ability to effectively partner and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders. *Ability to make business and day to day decisions as they pertain to project timelines, deliveries, budgets and job flow. *Maintain a current knowledge Ralph Lauren fashion campaigns, and luxury fragrance market. *Strong portfolio of creative design work Hybrid Role: This position is onsite 3 days a week and may be remote for the remainder of the time. What We Are Looking For: Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Design of POS, print and digital advertising assets, primary and secondary packaging, retouching, art directs, and works with photographers when applicable - 60% 2. Works with and presents to internal teams, attend meetings, co-ordinates project flow in relation to the above meetings and presentations - 15% 3. Prepares mechanicals, comprehensive documents for global release of related project including retouching and all pre-press - 15% 4. Manages and maintains server, assets and product library - 5% 5.
