What You Will Do:
The Sr
Manager, Digital Project Management will be tasked with leading technical
projects to support key strategic initiatives across L'Oreal's Luxury division
and its diverse portfolio of brands. This individual will partner
cross-functionally with direct-to-consumer leadership, brand marketing teams,
and other technical and business stakeholders to facilitate the timely and
cost-effective launch of projects. Our ideal candidate should have project
management experience focused across the eCommerce technology ecosystem,
including everything from the implementation of front-end features and services
to back-end enterprise systems integrations and site launches. This leader
should possess strong technical acumen with proven success driving technical
projects through their lifecycle, ensuring solutions are sound and aligned to
business goals. This individual should be an analytical problem solver that
feels comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. They should have a
strong familiarity with the mechanisms that drive D2C businesses with an
innovative perspective on how technology can help accelerate growth
Job
Duties and Accountabilities
Establish
and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting
project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk
within, and across, multiple projects
Partner
with functional leads on requirements definition, project implementation
planning and launch scheduling
Coordinate
internal and external resources ensuring projects remain on time, in scope, and
on budget
Analyze
project progress and communicate project status, key issues, and launch plans
to key stakeholders throughout the organization
Prioritize
division initiatives and projects based on level of effort, and business and consumer
impact
Facilitate
change requests as needed and communicate impact to stakeholders
Create
and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Utilize
industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project
execution
Conduct
post-project evaluation and identify areas of success and opportunities for
improvement
Be
a fierce advocate for the Luxe brands and Luxe consumer needs
Key
Challenges, Issues and Complexity
This
role will require a balance of analytical thinking, communication skills and
data management skills as it will require a demonstrated ability to develop
consumer knowledge and insight and to act on the data in collaboration with
internal brand & external account partners. It requires constant interaction
within a matrixed business structure (Marketing, Ecommerce, GM, CDMO, Digital
IT) to coordinate work and deliver objectives.

What We Are Looking For:
Required
Qualifications:

Degree

Years of Experience
Strong
technical acumen with experience in a product operating model
Proven
ability in successfully running multiple projects with varying levels of
complexity simultaneously
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate in and
lead presentations to senior leadership
Exceptional
organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through
Strong
time management and prioritization skills with a keen ability to keep projects
on track
Self-motivated,
results and solution-oriented, strategic thinker
Strong
leadership and entrepreneurship skills with the ability to build effective
partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
Creative
problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate
business needs
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)
Must
be able to work in an office environment.
