What You Will Do: In our newly established and dynamic omni channel ecosystem, growing our consumer acquisition, engagement, and interactions with our brands is key, to strive in an O+O environment benefitting all channels. This role requires the ability to strategize and execute the best proactive and reactive strategies to meet Kerastase's sell-in, sell-out and net sales objectives through e-retail. This includes helping to build and maintain the brand's image online through content, customer experience and category development while also having accountability for sales/forecasting to position Kerastase as a category leader. This individual will work to support our full marketing plan and define clear objectives for launches, promotional activities, and key moments to recruit, engage and loyalize our clients. Build and execute e-retail marketing plan that ladders up to overarching brand objectives Create a completed plan to launch, display, support and promote new products and drive hero products Plan and execute promotional calendar (including tentpole moments and new opportunities) according to business goals and objectives Leverage internal reporting to optimize strategy, present findings and recommendations Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as Brand DMI, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Service to help meet and exceed goals Work with internal teams to flag price updates, manage out of stocks, manage product discontinuations Oversee product set up process and work with internal teams to ensure all forms for new launches and pre orders are complete to meet launch deadlines Oversee process and work with internal teams to deliver Best In Class content creation and optimization (including copy, videos, images, alt images, A+ content) What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree and 5-7 years experience preferred with e-retailers Knowledge, interest and skills with Brand and Trade marketing, particularly as it relates to Consumer path to purchase, communications and consumer analytics.Track record of delivering business results by driving insights, building and executing sound, data driven strategies Ability to work autonomously yet also collaboratively lead and influence across multiple functions Demonstrated strength in communication and networking skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans Proficient computer skills necessary - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) What's In It For You: Salary Range: $117,300.00-$164,200.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level) Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan) Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home) Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)
