We are actively looking for our futurephilosophy Senior Global Marketing Manager to focus on the fragrance and bath & body portfolio. This person should demonstrate a strong passion for fragrance both professionally and personally, have a high degree of knowledge about the market, and of course be an avid and enthusiastic consumer of the segments. This person's responsibilities will be to manage the processes for new product formulation, development, communication and campaigns within the philosophy fragrance and bath & body categories.

Manage day-to-day communication/development with all cross functional teams including R&D, NPD, Creative, Merchandising, Finance, Legal and Production to ensure timetable/milestone adherence. Includes leading all briefing meetings to kick-off program development, tracking key milestones in weekly cross-functional meetings, submitting and updating necessary briefs and cost feasibilities, requesting and tracking codes and forecasts, and reviewing product artwork mechanicals.
Work closely with the R&D team to develop new and unique product formulations to create breakthrough innovation and to best drive the brand fragrance and bath & body categories.
Act as Global liaison with Affiliates on program updates, changes, requests. Includes creating offering books for new product launches, collecting forecasts, and liaising on local market campaign assets and needs

Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and create presentation materials as needed
Analyze competitive data (NPD Rankings, product mix, retail pricing, top selling promotions) to utilize as tool in seasonal planning and as needed
In conjunction with Senior Director, drive creation of all internal presentations (i.e. Global Marketing Meeting, Strategic Plan, Budget Reviews, etc.)
Participate in leading new projects for the team as needed to address issues/new business opportunities (COG savings, global pricing, sales opportunities)
Evaluate effectiveness of programs in order to continuously learn from worldwide marketing efforts and improve future programs
Supervise and develop subordinates by creating development plans and mentoring employees
4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
5+ years related experience (marketing, traditional CPG); strongly prefer Global fragrance Marketing experience

Must have experience in developing unique fragrance product formulations and working with R&D

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
