5+ years’ experience in media, branding, advertising, creative, design or a relevant field.
3+ years’ experience leading design teams as a people manager.
A show-stopping portfolio of work that touts your design talents across multiple digital platforms (TV, mobile, web).
Exceptional understanding of typography, animation, editing, color, motion, and overall brand/design thinking.
Experience crafting design toolkits, systems, standards, and/or workflows.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. A talent for making data-driven decisions that power action plans and improve workflow velocity.
Entertainment design experience. Familiarity working with talent restrictions, legal and privacy partners, across editorial and marketing teams, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and sense of self-reflection.
A passion and penchant for professional sports. Next-level knowledge of teams, athletes, seasons, branding, industry trends, and all things sports.
Solid knowledge of metadata strategy.
Project or program management experience.
Enthusiasm for all things entertainment. You’re a pop-culture authority and trend forecaster.
Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment. Ability to multi-task and seamlessly transition between multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Obsessive attention to detail.
