Sr. Manager - Omni Merchandising, Lancome

Reports to: VP National Accounts, Lancome

Summary: Responsible for the holistic strategy implementation of merchandising in stores and on retailer.com with the goal to drive sales, create consistency across all consumer touchpoints & band categories, and achieve a best-in-class consumer experience.

Job Summary:
Manage visual merchandising strategy and execution across all retailer accounts, primary focus on in-store execution and planning, with oversight into reatailer.com implementation in order to create continuity
Manage end to end planning, operations, and execution of merchanting in stores, including launches, seasonal updates and visual weeks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account and brand marketing teams to deliver a merchandising vision as it relates to always-on and promotional merchandising.
Ensure in-store presence is consistent and optimized across all brand categories and various shopping environments (assisted sell, department stores, etc.)
Ensure on time and effective execution- from concept creation, to manufacturing, through shipping - for all merchandising.
Review & approve briefs, renderings, DTOs to ensure accuracy.
Analyze what's working/what's not from holistic Wholesale point of view to find ways to optimize in changing retail environment. Partner with field teams to gain ongoing feedback on implementation and effectiveness.
Partner with digital teams to ensure consistent copy/asset execution and apply key digital learnings to the omni experience
Manage visual & capex budgets for the brand

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
5-7 years brand management/marketing experience, preferable with visual merchandising experience
Prior team management experience not required, but a benefit
Strong organization & project management skills
Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience
Strong execution, collaboration, and consensus building skills
Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to travel domestically periodically (max 15%)
