What skills will you apply in this role?

The Senior Manager of Omni Trade Marketing is responsible for managing and driving the omni sales goals for La Mer and Darphin and tailoring the national marketing programs into 360°, omni Go To Market plans for each retailer contributing to rank gain and market share growth in North America. This role acts as the conduit between Account Management and Product & Consumer Marketing working closely with, Marketing Operations and Creative Teams.


US Strategy & Development

  • Collaborate closely with ED, Account Management to develop strategies and execution tactics to deliver outsized growth and gain share across all channels

  • Strategically plan the business calendar by creating omni programming support of key retailer event moments, distorting these events with TOA, targeted sampling, eventing, coop features etc.

  • Analyze key gifting and retailer event periods to examine ROI and opportunities

  • Act as the main point of contact from an omni-perspective for your accounts both internally and externally, along with omni-channel Executive Director. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer teams

  • Partner with Field and Key Account Management Team to develop best in class knowledge of consumer base and leverage Consumer Centric Catchment data to inform decisions and drive granular growth opportunities

Project Management and Execution – drive retailer-specific omni-channel programs

  • Maintain weekly side by side by channel, by retailer to effective monitor promotionally and aid in analyzing business.

  • Create and present robust Go to Market retailer decks at Market Week to garner retailer buy-in and support. Generate clear instruction to cross-functional teams to execute with superior execution.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand the sampling strategy and then drive the sampling, TOA and collateral planning and programming process bottom up per retailer, provide cadence and work with Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure accurate ship to forecast.

  • Track and ensures that non-saleable collateral is being produced against timeline for campaigns and works with operations to ensure right product arrives at the right place at the right time.

  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team on creating differentiated in-store experiences through unique merchandising and collateral opportunities. Ensure clear, accurate briefing of all projects to ensure an on time, exceptional implementation

  • Provide strategic analysis of brand portfolio and mix of business for each retailer. Assist ED, Account Management in creation of commentary for Senior Manager Top to Top and retailer meetings

  • Manage the execution of all retailer facing projects

  • Collaborate with Field Executive Teams and Education to ideate and execute best in class in-store and virtual events. Drive in-store influencer and make-up artist events in collaboration with PR and Events Manager. Track and optimize tiered launch event strategies

  • Collaborate with Consumer Engagement team to create bespoke social content for retailers to support launches and to optimize pages in partnership with team

  • Ideate and work with Fast Track at PALC to develop local NA sets.

Supports Omnichannel Integration & Acceleration of

  • Collaborate with team and Consumer Engagement to develop strategies and execution tactics to deliver outsized growth and gain share.

  • Drive the integration of bricks and .com, working to evolve the business and service models to fully capitalize on the strengths of each channel

Contributes to Business Analysis and Monitors KPIs for Effective Allocation of Marketing Resources

  • In conjunction with the Executive Director, Account Management, make analytically supported commercial innovation recommendations to influence sales performance and mitigate sales gaps.

  • Play an active role in the yearly strategic budget planning process and spearhead the development of the Promotional budget allocating resources to high growth channels and initiatives with a clear focus on ROI.

  • Measure marketing program effectiveness via regular monitoring of KPI's as they relate to full funnel metric transparency.


  • Organized by account/channel based on account priority; will likely handle several accounts.

  • Maintains brand integrity of marketing through working closely with Marketing/Global team.

  • Held to quarterly/seasonal retail sales targets for account.


  • 7 years marketing experience; retail experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Significant marketing campaign development experience.

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Solid financial acumen

  • Strong analytical background and detail orientation with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.

  • Adept at pivoting and being agile in challenging environments.

  • Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others and drive a timeline.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.

  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners.
