PVH Corp. Senior Manager, Supply Network Optimization - PVH Corp. in New York, New York

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Manager, Supply Network Optimization will be responsible for developing a supply network topology that achieves business goals by optimizing the supply network based on capabilities, lead time, costs and resilience. This is a key leadership role in the North America supply team and plays a critical role in

  • Developing network strategies to deliver superior consumer experience by balancing service, cost and profitability

  • Works hand in hand with analytics professionals to develop robust models and optimizations, and

  • Supports development of strategic and tactical responsive models and playbooks to ensure PVH NA supply chain can respond to consumer needs

The Sr. Manager, Supply Network Optimization will translate long term demand plans, sources of supply, and physical asset locations into flow plans and inventory strategies that balance consumer experience, service level, cost, profitability. These plans range from multiyear capital and network plans to seasonal operational flow plans. Working with teams across the organization, this individual will deliver innovations and modeling insights to create, evaluate, and deliver strategies to optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to consumers for North America sourced products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Drive the continuous optimization of end to end supply chain network across the North America business units with focus on hero and key programs

  • Develop strategic frameworks for optimization of supply network from L2/3 suppliers to distribution centers, product flow, inventory strategy, and transportation

  • Develop and deliver leading-edge concepts for optimizing the supply chain using mathematical techniques

  • Work across business leaders to prioritize and develop a deployment plan for the future network and responsiveness models

  • Develop and execute an operating cadence that drives a culture of continuous optimization within supply and operations team

  • Build a network of internal and external stakeholders to seek out innovation and anticipate future business needs.

  • Develop strategy to align senior leaders in Supply and outside of supply to the deployment of our network against our business strategy


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in advanced data analysis and modeling.

  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading a supply chain analytics team focused on optimization efforts in a retail, transportation, or similar company.

  • Deep knowledge in supply chain management with demonstrated results in driving supply chain optimization efforts such as transportation optimization, network strategy and planning, and inventory flow.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree; preferred MBA or MS degree in areas such as Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics

Skills:

  • Experience interfacing with Senior Business leaders to drive top and bottom-line improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill and ability to successfully communicate ideas and sell strategic plans to senior executives.

  • Project management skills
