This role in our Integrated Individual Retirement Marketing team works closely with other members of the team and the Marketing CoEs to provide marketing support for the annuity business lines. This role will have a primary focus of creating and managing marketing assets tied to a specific family of products.
Implementation of Individual Retirement marketing programs in connection with product launches and/or promotion of existing products. Deep knowledge of annuity products in order to create a variety of marketing assets to successfully promote Equitable’s retirement product solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing COE members to support implementing individual retirement marketing programs in connection with product launches and promotion of existing products.
Manage the development of end-to-end marketing programs and the execution process from production to delivery.
Engage other teams in the Individual Retirement Business (e.g., Distribution, Product Development, Advanced Markets), and Legal and Compliance as necessary throughout projects.
Manage marketing assets related to projects including digital assets in eDox and on the Advanced Markets advisor sites ensuring the current, compliant versions are posted.
Work closely with Individual Retirement Tribe/Squads, Creative Services, Insights & Analytics, Digital, Product and Compliance and manage processes
Fully participate using agile methodology to manage projects.
- 4 years product marketing experience, acting independently or as mid-level manager, leading marketing or sales efforts of financial products (such as variable annuities, life insurance, mutual funds or other investment offerings)
Solid understanding of financial markets and product categories
Strong project management skills; Strong ability to multitask and operate across multiple projects
Strong collaborator, excellent written and communication skills and proven experience managing projects
Excellent writing skills and interpersonal skills; self-starter who is eager to learn and is resourceful
Strong desire to learn new skills
Ability to create and utilize customer journeys to develop proper engagement strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Powerpoint skills
Comfortable with digital platforms and web related marketing
Flexible/Adaptable – ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and respond to change in a positive manner
Ability to manage multiple projects
Readiness to “roll up the sleeves” and to go outside comfort zone to learn

Agile experience a plus
