About the team
FIS Cleared Derivatives (FIS CD) is an evolution of FIS's post-trade processing systems and capabilities using innovative new technology. The first set of deliverables will cover the post-trade derivatives world (replacing GMI, Clearvision and Ubix), but the overall scope also encompasses bilateral OTC and securities.

What you will be doing
The Senior Partner, North America will be part of the leadership team of Post Trade Services Professional Services practice reporting to the SVP of Professional Services. The Professional Services practice provides consulting and implementation services to FIS's clients, focusing on the Post Trade Services solution suite.

You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to practice growth and development. This includes making sure financial targets are met, and that the right team is in place to meet the needs of your clients. Your day will vary greatly in such a prominent, strategic and demanding position, and will include helping the Managing Partner to plan the overall strategic direction of the practice. Your days will be busy and challenging, but the rewards can be exceptional.

You will lead a team of over 30 experienced and junior consultants onshore in North America, based in Chicago and Jacksonville. You will be responsible for a broad range of client engagements and will lead PS sales to over 50 existing and new names, based on our IP-centric relationships. You will drive the strategy to increase our share of each client's spend through a combination of bespoke tailored and out of the box solutions. You will look for upsell opportunities in every engagement and remain close to the client relationship throughout. You will be the face of the PTS business alongside our corporate Sales team in promoting our products and services and selling PS. You will work with other elements of the PTS business to provide holistic client solutions using our IP. You will be expected to meet and exceed financial targets for the region, and partner with other elements of the business in building compelling business cases for FIS and our clients.

Position Responsibilities:

Set direction for the North American Professional Services organization. Oversee design and implementation, including strategies and goals to drive organic revenue growth, increase client satisfaction and optimize margin.
Provide strategic thought leadership to clients and to internal product and sales teams within Post Trade Services.
Work with customers in solving complex problems, from the Middle Office to the Back Office.
Develop and/or champion initiatives that focus on bringing innovation in the form of new services, identifying opportunities for existing offerings in new markets, or generating more revenue from existing offerings and third-party partnerships.
Build a high performing team by creating a work environment where individuals and teams can achieve peak performance through the attraction, development and engagement of the best and the brightest.
Assist in the roll-out of best practices around project management, performance metrics, utilization and delivery.
Collaborate/partner with the other regional professional service teams to build synergies and seize opportunities.

Experience with selling and proven ability to grow revenue streams profitably.
