Work with senior staff to implement overall company strategy
Act as Producer 1-2 shows and host a show across multiple seasons
Work with senior team to help develop programming & acquisition strategies
Act as Managing/Senior producer on 3-4 shows & their corresponding verticals
Act as Producer on 1-2 shows
Assist CEO in managing staff & personnel
Provide production & editorial support on NHM projects & ventures as-needed
Assist CEO in creating company ops infrastructure, writing and implementing organizational systems, procedures, and streamlining production for the teamQualifications
Production experience: 4 years
Managerial experience: 1-2 years
Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA
