We are rethinking our contributor experience and platform to allow our customers to better manage, publish, distribute and measure the performance of their creative portfolio supported by bleeding edge technology and AI capabilities.

We need help to build out the best SaaS experience by understanding who our customers are, how they use our products, how to make the experience valuable, and win their hearts and minds. This requires a designer that has significant experience in SaaS optimization in order to elevate the user experience so customers can upload and manage their portfolio more efficiently and drive fidelity by creating a one-stop shop. This person should be self-sufficient and use relationships with teams across the company to research and execute concepts, manage timelines and expectations, and ensure a smooth roll out.

Join the engineering team in grooming meetings to hand-off designs. Then expect to keep the conversation going in slack, morning stand-up, and quick meetings to discuss concerns, give quality assurance feedback, or ask questions.

Run workshops where design, product, and engineering teams will collaborate to clarify or come up with solutions together. Who doesn't love a good design session?

Leverage analytics to inform design decisions and actively engage in end-to-end discovery and design processes, from research and concept ideation to final high-fidelity visual designs
