The Senior Product Manager II should be able to represent the interests of multiple stakeholders, sponsors, and customers. Primarily responsible for ensuring clarity of requirements from the business/product. S(he) is also accountable for the creation and prioritization of the roadmap/backlog and accepts or rejects product delivery based on validation criteria derived from the requirements. The Product Owner has the ultimate responsibility for the product within CDO and collaborates with the business stakeholders to ensure operational readiness. S(he) develops an implementation process that results in operational efficiency and helps to create the delivery roadmap for the Chief Data Office. S(he) also should be able make data into a product and be able to sell that to multiple stakeholders. S(he) also supports Release activities by coordinating UAT activities and creating a release and marketing communications. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understanding the product vision and instilling it throughout the life of the product- Working with stakeholders to identify high priority opportunities that provide increase revenue and operational efficiencies.- Research and aid in developing cutting edge solutions leveraging AI and other technologies.- Establish a product mindset and cross functional team structure to support the strategy and fast paced delivery of quality solutions.- Develops strategies to identify and address market needs.- Developing a product delivery roadmap working with the business and the Chief Data Office- Developing and constantly validating use cases to create the optimal customer experience.- Become an SME on data and be able identify new use cases for the data that is already sourced and hosted.- Supports the Core Product Team to instill product vision.- Work with the business teams to prioritize the use cases and work with the delivery team to implement the use cases that have been prioritized.- Build cross-functional relationships with Business product owners, data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to understand product needs and delivery expectations.- Guide the adoption of new products, platforms, and data assets to improve data informed operations across the organization. REQUIRED SKILLS: - Guide the adoption of new products, platforms, and data assets to improve data informed operations across the organization.- Establish a product mindset and cross functional team structure to support the strategy and fast paced delivery of quality solutions.- Ability to discover, analyze, and find data patterns and turn them into products.- Experience developing data product strategies.- Leadership and team building capabilities.- Stakeholder Management- Thorough knowledge in the Agile software development lifecycle to coach, guide, and support other team members.- Great skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.- Understanding of AI and how that it can be leveraged as part of Product Strategy QUALIFICATIONS: - About 10 years of overall experience, with hands-on experience transforming organization to be more data centric.- Strong and seasoned people leader.- Experience developing and implementing processes, procedures, and controls to improve user satisfaction and loyalty, as well as drive operational efficiencies.- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment and at ease with change and transformation.- As a key member of the CDO management team, provide strong leadership and support and encourage the company's values.
