We're looking for a Program Manager to develop and lead our new 'Walk the Store' program. This will be a scalable program that will put Prime Video team's in our customer's shoes; it will enable us to understand how customers experience Prime Video, identify potential issues for deeper inspection and find opportunities to drive improvement in Prime Video. This new proactive mechanism will span across all Prime Video geographies and pages, making it a great way to work across the full PV ecosystem and drive wide-reaching positive impact on the end customer experience. While this is a program manager role, there will also be opportunities to propose product solutions that can make walking the store more scalable and efficient.

Key job responsibilities
We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager, who can build programs from scratch and drive those programs across a wide range of global stakeholders. In this role you will:

Build and launch a new program, quickly scaling it across the full global Prime Video organization.
Create a set of proactive mechanisms that enable teams to find defects or areas for improvement, triage these issues or prioritize new features and share progress with leadership. Lead the prioritization efforts for these new features across the PV organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders (including program managers, product managers, software development managers, engineers, technical program managers, marketers) across the org to centralize all program findings and drive fixes and features associated with findings.
Elevate the program narrative to share key themes and findings with senior leaders.
Brainstorm products or features that could help scale your program and/or make it more efficient, and work with Product and Tech to get them built.
About the team
The Prime Video Personalization and Discovery (PVPD) team drives the personalization and discovery of content on Prime Video worldwide. Our mission is to forge enduring bonds between story tellers and audiences by delighting customers with fresh, relevant content, finding that fan base for every title, and bringing the most diverse and novel content to audiences worldwide. This role is in a subset of the PVPD team that's focused on ensuring that Prime Video is a premium entertainment hub, with a delightful and high-quality product that is continually improving and delighting customers.

5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
\* Proven ability to successfully collaborate across a very large group of stakeholders
\* Experience influencing business, marketing and technical stakeholders with limited direct authority
\* Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver quickly and efficiently
\* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
\* Experience in end to end product delivery
\* Master's in Business Administration
