We are seeking a dynamic SVP to lead teams pioneering some of the best Communications Marketing work including integrated creative, digital and interactive content development. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications leader with a robust fluency in pharma space. The SVP will be key in driving the strategy, oversight and day-to-day running and financial management for leading pharmaceutical clients. The work is for a blockbuster, industry leading, portfolio of products. The SVP will be key in partnering with strategic clients and leading strong account teams. The ideal colleague is self-motivated, takes initiative, readily accepts new responsibility and is driven to succeed. The ideal colleague will have the ability to show up strong during IATs and senior client team meetings, including to sell-in programs, have tough conversations and present programs. This leader should have experience managing large, diverse teams, and serving as a mentor to junior staff.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing
