In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Shutterstock's asset marketing site spaces, and ensuring the core site is full-funnel optimized towards both new customer acquisition and retention revenue. You will utilize data, insight, and industry best practices to create great customer experiences. You will participate in developing the site and customer experience to expand the business.

The ideal candidate possesses sound business judgment with a desire to build and manage their own processes. The position requires someone who can work autonomously yet collaboratively in a high-paced environment and with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. The candidate must also possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable with A/B test structuring and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.

Your typical day includes:

Manage marketing site-spaces and ensure on-page content is relevant to the promotion and aligns with marketing needs.

Ensure that site (and app) content is correctly prioritized, optimized, and refreshed to create clear, effective customer shopping experiences.

Execution of site marketing strategies, with the goal of optimizing the prospect and customer experience towards the core metrics of online sales, conversion rate and retention actions (e.g. auto-renew, churn reduction, etc.)

Project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities, managing time and getting things done in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Successful execution and implementation of seasonal and flash-sale campaigns into the customer journey and through site and app marketing.

Collaboration across Category Business, Product Marketing, Product, Operations, Design teams, Testing, and marketing-channel leads to ensure content is up-to-date and prioritized.

Creation, curation, and optimization of prospect and customer journeys from the external referring channels through to site experience.

Ensure site-hosted offers and promotions, etc. are working properly from both technical and performance standpoints

Use of personalization schemas to create experiences tailored to our customers and their needs.

Responsible for final asset creation approval including site marketing design and copy.

Leverage site analytics and other reporting to drive all decisions.

Support the site marketing launch schedule, publishing and onsite QA for product launches.

This job might be for you if you have:

5+ years of experience managing and executing online marketing. Experience with subscription-based products, preferred.

Experience with CMS based e-commerce platforms

Experience using issue tracking tools like JIRA and Monday

Experience in Site Usability, A/B Testing, and Conversion Optimization

Experience with site analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, ContentSquare)

An understanding of the digital creative and QA processes

Strong strategic thinking and decision making.

Good attention to detail with a strong work ethic and drive to meet deadlines

Proven experience in problem-solving. Not afraid to fail, willing to learn and improve.

An interest in learning about technology and partnering with tech teams. Thrives in a team atmosphere.
