Super Soccer Stars Coaching Social Media / Marketing Coordinator in New York, New York

The Social Media / Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing, and community management of our social media strategy, creating new content for all channels nationally, including our Amazing Athletes, Jumpbunch, and TGA brands. Additionally, directly oversee NYC area grassroots and other marketing channels, as well as assist our regional marketing efforts across the country.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media calendar, schedule organic and paid posts, and perform analytics tracking for Super Soccer Stars, Amazing Athletes, Jumpbunch, TGA, and additional social media channels

  • Community management of all social media channels and specific Facebook Groups / Brand Ambassadors

  • Develop a brand presence and strategy for TikTok specifically

  • Create monthly and seasonal marketing toolkits to cover posting to Facebook Groups and other social posts, grassroots strategies, digital best practices, design and language guidelines, and strategic partnerships

  • Assist with creating website content, specifically blog posts and PR content that can be linked back to our site

  • Oversee printing and distribution of marketing material regionally, including postcards, flyers, pamphlets, and business cards

  • Coordinate Grassroots efforts in the NYC area, both proactive and reactive strategies based on enrollment in classes and camps for both Super Soccer Stars and Soccer Stars United, the advanced development program of Super Soccer Stars; and offer guidance to regional teams

  • Develop and sustain key community-based relationships including parent blogs and influencers in the NY area and offer guidance and assistance regionally

  • Identify and assist with coordination of promotional and seasonal events in the NY area, and offer guidance and assistance regionally

  • Manage regional marketing requests and distribute tasks to other marketing team members as needed


Required experience / desired skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related Business field

  • 2+ years’ marketing or advertising experience

  • Project Management

  • Copywriting/editing background preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Social / Advertising Studio preferred

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
