Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Software Developer to create and maintain automated processes and custom solutions primarily using Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Reporting Services.
Reporting to the Web Development Manager, the Software Developer is primarily responsible for developing and supporting the custom applications and systems within the Firm.
Key responsibilities include:
Creates and maintains automated processes and custom solutions primarily using Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Reporting Services.
Translates requirements into technical solutions.
Provides accurate time estimates for project deliverables.
Works independently and as part of a team to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
Writes technical specifications.
Unit tests plans.
Works on multiple full life cycle development projects, including business modeling, requirements, analysis/design, and implementation.
Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (IT related degree) and minimum 5 years' experience in an Agile, team development environment.
