Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in sports and partner marketing.
Experience with process improvement and project management.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As the Sports Marketing Manager with the Devices and Services Marketing business, you will be the connection between the United States Consumer Marketing and the Central Media Lab team who drive our sports and entertainment sponsorship. You'll also work directly with the leagues, teams, and players that we sponsor.
You'll be in a critical role supporting many product launches, seasonal campaigns, evergreen brand moments, promotional tactics, and more for hardware marketing. You'll be responsible for leading integrated partnerships that deliver innovative stories, awesome product experiences, and drive brand awareness and consideration for Google, and our Devices and Services products in the United States.

Drive our sports marketing sponsorships by building our strategy, cultural brand promise, and reasons for fans to consider our products through immersive content and experiences.
Work with internal Media Lab and external sports partners and creative/media agencies to drive the partnership vision through to execution and measurement of the agreements.
Manage the campaign and partnerships from strategy, creative direction, media integrations, social influencers, and marketing across owned, earned, and paid properties, and integrate marketing tactics for maximum fan experiences and return on investment impact to the business.
Provide leadership and advocacy of the partnership across the organization to influence and enable robust activation and additional entertainment partnership marketing opportunities.
