IMDb Advertising is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to sell premium advertising solutions and offline activations during Awards season, Comic-con, Film Festivals, key premieres, and other Entertainment industry events. In this role, you will help C-Level marketers and their ad agencies successfully grow and scale their category's domestic revenues.
Our ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships you will act as a strategic & consultative partner to your assigned categories to sell a wide range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their brand-building and awareness-focused business goals are met. Experience representing entertainment and/or lifestyle focused publishers is preferred.
As an individual contributor, you'll be supported by our operations, marketing, and analytics teams across both IMDb and Amazon Advertising. An ideal candidate would bring a consultative selling style, media or marketing experience, and be passionate about movies and TV.
Experience closing sales and generating revenue
5+ years of B2B sales experience
\* 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience as an individual contributor
\* Bachelor's degree
\* Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
\* Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and work with both agency and client direct
\* Strong storytelling abilities, with focus on data and insights
\* Strong analytical abilities
\* Able to use sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or like programs
\* Willingness to travel when conditions permit
