POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Project Management Coordinator will support the project cycle by leading the communication of all projects within the collaborations and fragrance product category.

This individual is responsible for the creation and management of the project timeline based on information provided in the strategic brief. He or she owns and supports the process from inception to completion, including participation in production schedules, resource allocation, delivery of assets, archive management, and the ability to know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may affect on time delivery.

This role requires an understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity.

The Sr. Coordinator of Project Management Collaborations is more focused on assisting the collaborations’ team across creative operations, production, packaging, digital, media, brand experience, marketing, etc. The Sr. Project Management Coordinator will work alongside marketing, media, and integrated production across many levels of the organization and should have experience with Project management and Digital Asset management software solutions. He/she should have experience with retail brands and understand the go-to-market process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Project management for new product venture collaborations, working cross-functionally with creative, fashion office, marketing, social, brand experience, media, production, e-commerce, digital, supply, and more.

  • Support the Sr. Coordinator, Project Management in ensuring incoming briefs are complete before commencement of work.

  • Responsible for day-to-day collaboration from product to launch working with internal and external partners.

  • Support and evangelize workflow procedures and best practices in partnership with the rest of the Project Management team and supervisor.

  • Help manage project timelines by documenting project process using established tools.

  • Assist/ Collaborate with cross-functional team to present timelines.

  • Create timelines for teams across creative ops, fashion office, packaging, and production.

  • Report on project status for business line in weekly status meetings

  • Document and distribute detailed meeting recaps with actionable next steps.

  • Assist in resolving potential and actual cross-function issues that affect the process and the organization.

  • Strong understanding of brand standards.

  • Facilitate cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration.

  • Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials.

Internal: Production, DAM Management, Global Marketing, Creative/Studio, Operations, Regional Business Channels, Product, Merchandising, Fashion Office, Media, PR and VM, and eComm/CK.com

External: 3rd party vendors and licensees when needed

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging Budget for marketing pieces of collaborations

Budgeting: Manages the budget for the special packaging of external partners, including payment and time management.

DECISION MAKING:

  • Ability to know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may effect on time delivery.

  • Responsible for staying informed of latest project management best practices.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and communication and the ability to maintain efficient workflows. Detail-oriented/creative problem solving traits necessary.

Scope: Assists across all collaboration projects Responsibilities: Assists the manager in the day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, and performance of the projects in a timely manner.

ENVIRONMENT:

Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs. Comfort with ambiguity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years proven and progressive project management experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open minded.

  • Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency.

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.

  • Be comfortable managing and influencing peers amongst cross-functional channels, including executive level personnel.

  • Confidently lead, motivate and influence project progress.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines.

  • Have a good working knowledge of integrated production disciplines including print, video and digital.

  • Proficient in a Mac environment and familiar with Adobe and Microsoft Office software packages, as well as other software solutions related to timeline management such as Workfront or Wrike.

  • Passion for the industry and brand.

  • Work in a highly confidential environment.

Pay Range:$65,400 - $70,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
