THE TEAM
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB
Ticketmaster is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to join our growing Marketing team in North America. You are a brand strategy expert, a seasoned storyteller, and someone who excels working cross-functionally to drive consistency across the marketplace. You are excited about the chance to grow at an evolving organization and have extensive experience driving brand building initiatives. You possess a “can-do” attitude and are not afraid to navigate a complex and fluid environment. As the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will provide direct management of Brand and Category Marketing initiatives and oversee the Social and Community Management team and be responsible for shaping the brand narrative and social presence.
Beyond the core Marketing team, you will also work closely Performance Marketing, Partnership Marketing, PR/Communications, Design/Creative, Product Marketing, Product, Distributed Commerce, and more to push brand strategy forward.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Drive marketing strategy and brand positioning from insight through to execution
Own the development of the brand playbook, brand architecture, brand voice/tone, and key value props
Develop go-to-market brand plans in lockstep with other brand team and category marketing leads
Ensure holistic consumer journeys across various owned and operated touchpoints, ensuring continuity across platforms
Partner with the consumer insights team to help identify key consumer trends and new opportunities to better connect with our audience
Lead voucher strategy and consumer loyalty program positioning and strategy
Help identify whitespace opportunities - unlocking new channels, partners, media, and more
Help own key external agency relationships
Collaborate with other brand directors on influencer programming and strategy
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
10+ years' progressively responsible experience; ideally at a high growth brand or agency
Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-profile projects at once
Must be able to both think strategically and dig into the minutia of a creative campaign
Understanding of the media mix and possess a keen eye for breakthrough creative
Passionate about live events - extremely knowledgeable about sports and music, in particular
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
Ability to lead a cross-functional team toward a vision through effective collaboration - and to drive the development and execution of marketing plans
Ability to successfully navigate and manage across a broad organization
Proven success in establishing and fostering strong relationships both internally and with outside partners and agencies
Ability to establish an independent view, effectively collaborate in decision-making and work in a team environment

$160,000.00 USD - $200,000.00 USD
