The Senior Global Brand Merchandising Manager will be responsible for supporting the Global Brand Merchandising Director and Chief Merchandising Officer in conveying the CK brand vision to our regional leads. This role will support the team is research and delivering product and market data for regional markets.

This role will also be largely responsible for managing the design brief build-up. Will in addition be the link between the regions, marketing & design in regards to product alignment.


  • Take direction from Chief Merchandising Officer and Global Merchandising Director to help build the seasonal design brief

  • Understand/represent the different regional business (retail & wholesale)

  • Manage the global merchandising dashboard

  • Manage alignment of the favorite assortments of the season (global commonality)

  • Conduct continual market & trend research

  • Attend regional key meetings: GAM, market launch

  • Create and implement the best sellers report

  • Responsible to support all regions on the go-to-market/market launch preparation

  • Assets & link with marketing organization

  • Calendar and meetings

  • Global information to support regional presentations

  • Attend global design/merchandise meetings

  • Store visits (divisional and competitive, whsl, FP and outlet)

  • Follow up on information requested to the regions/ countries


  • 7+ years in wholesale or retail merchandising.

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a direct report.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required Skills:

  • Global mindset

  • Strategic thinking

  • Product merchandising knowledge

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Advance PowerPoint skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset (new position)

  • Managerial experience
