PVH Corp. Sr. Inventory Planner in New York, New York

POSITION SUMMARY : The In Season Senior Omni Inventory Planner drives the allocation strategies and inventory plans that support the financial goals and product strategies for their area of responsibility for both stores and e-commerce


  • Develop in season allocation/inventory strategies for a merchandise division

  • Analyze selling and replenish merchandise across multiple departments

  • Execute the release of initial inventory and track completion rate for the division.

  • Provide buyers and planners bottoms up basic forecasts by size to support in stock targets, recommend chase, receipt pull up or push out opportunities.

  • Lead weekly Inventory Planning cross-functional touch-bases.

  • Develop knowledge of geographic and store-attribute performance and trends through data analysis and field communication.

  • Review assortment plans with the buying and planning teams to ensure buyer vision is in alignment with store inventory targets. Make recommendations as needed based on product/store trend analysis.

  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge

  • Support localized store assortments (warm weather, new concepts & special projects).

  • Partner with pre-season team to align on strategies and hindsight opportunities

  • Lead new store test and prototype initiatives

  • Partner, IT and the DC to troubleshoot allocation and allocation system issues

  • Manage basics in stocks and sizing.

  • Participate in the development and training of the Omni Planner



  • 2+ years as Allocator/Distribution Analyst

  • Some supervisory

Education: Four-year college degree


  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, JDA Allocation, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills mandatory

  • Demonstrated ability to create Excel-based reports and templates

  • Needs to be highly organized, able to work independently

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills


Pay Range: $66,550 - $92,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
