About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of all strategies, initiatives, tools and resources that impact the employee and customer experience in our Gap Inc. North America fleet. You will be responsible for driving business results through the seamless execution of commercial plan activity in store, through the overall customer service model and supporting resources, as well as employee engagement including contests, recognition and seasonal product education.

What You'll Do

  • In this role you will lead and participate on cross-brand and cross-functional strategic initiatives that enhance the shopping experience to ultimately drive customer loyalty and overall sales. You will be a subject matter expert on all things customer experience and ensure consistency and clarity around evolving store processes and programs designed to support both our internal and external customer. You will foster a strong operational, customer friendly environment in our stores through organization, efficiency and profitability. You will partner with departments throughout the organization to analyze data, develop and recommend new programs and drive service innovation while maintaining the day to day retail operations required to realize our seasonal brand strategies.

Who You Are

  • Store Leadership and/or Store Operations experience with a passion for developing team members and mentoring future leaders

  • Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment

  • Strong relationship building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross functional partners to influence strategic agendas and operationalize key strategic initiatives

  • Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including strong analytical and creative Problem-solving skills, strong ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions
